Design 2 – Elena
This is in an early stage of development. The designer intend to remove the photo background, replace the reflection in the mirror with a skeleton or a drawing of a body falling apart to represent the effects of diabetes on people. Explanatory text will appear along both the right and left sides.
I like where this concept is going. I would like to see more. I like how the disease is a reflection of who you are. Can’t wait to see more.
Hola Elena! El diseño es diferente. Le da una idea muy clara y fuerte de lo que puede pasar con la enfermedad si no se toman las medidas necesarias para prevenir. Este tipo de poster puede ser muy util para las personas que no saben leer. La idea es muy visual. Excelente trabajo.

I like the idea! Would love to see more, specially how the text is going to play with the image. Great concept!
What a great concept. I’m very curious to see how this idea develops. In moving forward, I would suggest remaining aware of allowing space for any needed typographic information. It will be important to have any text in an easy-to-read size.
Liking the concept. I once saw a tv spot about anorexia that used this same idea, and it was really shocking and moving – and this is realy important when you’re trying to alert people, speacially young people, about a silent disease like diabetes. Keep up the good work Elena, i think this design will turn out great!

El concepto puede ser bueno, habria que ver donde poner los textos y como se relacionan con la foto. Me parece buena la idea de usar ilustracion en vez de foto, podrias llegar a llamar la atenciòn de los jovenes, Incluso el hecho que el “protagonista” sea joven es un punto a favor. Es mas facil identificarse, cuando encuentras algo con que relacionarte.
Me encantaria ver el trabajo terminado!

The concept seems good, it would be interesting to see where you would put the texts and how they will relate to the photo. I like the idea of using ilustration instead of photos, you could catch the attention of a younger audience, even the fact that the person on the photo is young is definitely another plus. It is easier to identify yourself with something you can relate to.
I would love to see the final draft!
Elena, tu idea es muy buena, espero la compartas al completarla. Te recomiendo enfocarte en la imagen y que el texto sea sólo de apoyo, al hacerlo más gráfico el mensaje será claro y fácil de comprender.
